Order Fulfillment Hours: Orders placed between 9:00 AM EST and 4:30 PM EST Monday through Friday will be filled the same day. Orders placed after 4:30 pm EST will be filled the following day beginning at 9:00 AM EST. Orders placed after 4:30 PM EST Friday will be filled beginning 9:00 AM EST the following Monday. License files with download instructions will be e-mailed to the email address listed on the order except where special instructions have been added to the order comments. If you have any questions about your order please send an e-mail to Orders@c360.com and reference your organization name.

Add-On Orders: For customers purchasing additional c360 licenses you need only purchase as many additional licenses as you require. c360 will send new license files for the total of your existing licenses as well as your new purchase.

Ordering Note: All c360 purchases require your exact Microsoft CRM Organization name in order for c360 to generate product licenses.
