c360 Microsoft CRM for High-Tech is a Microsoft CRM powered industry specific solution designed to meet the needs of technology companies. c360 High-Tech allows technology organizations using Microsoft CRM to be more productive as well as provide their customers access to many of their CRM functions online. c360 High-Tech is comprised of the following c360 Solutions components:

- c360 Core Productivity Pack Includes c360 Relationship Explorer/Charting, SharePoint Integration, Record Editor, Console, Alerts, Summary, Multi-Field Search components
- c360 Sales Productivity Pack Includes c360 Forecast Manager and Web Connect
- c360 Service Productivity Pack Includes c360 Email To Case and My Workplace
- c360 Customer Portal connects your web site with your Microsoft CRM installation allowing your customers to search your CRM knowledgebase, update their contact details, create/view/edit CRM Service Cases and access custom functionality online

How many licenses do I need? You must have at least as many Productivity Pack licenses as you have active Microsoft CRM licenses. If you do not, the Productivity Pack will not function for any user. For example, if your organization has purchased 100 Microsoft CRM licenses and has only 25 in use, but plans to put another 5 in use over the next few months, it is advisable to purchase at least 30 licenses so that your users will not see an interruption in Productivity Pack functionality. In this example, the minimum number of licenses you need is 25.

License Minimum: There is a 10 license minimum for orders of the c360 High-Tech solution.

Portal Installation: Companies ordering c360 High-Tech that are not working with a portal certified c360 partner must also purchase the portal Remote Installation Assistance offering.

Support and New Releases: The price of Productivity Pack includes support and new releases for one year from time of initial purchase per the c360 Solutions Software License Agreement.
