The c360 Core Productivity Pack for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 includes Alerts, Console, Multi-Field Search, Record Editor, Relationship Explorer/Charting, SharePoint Integration and Summary licenses.
The c360 Core Productivity Pack for Microsoft CRM 3.0 includes c360 Record Editor, Data Quality Center, Console, Relationship Explorer, Summary, Alerts, Multi-Field Search and Email Link Licenses.
The c360 Core Productivity Pack for Microsoft CRM 1.2 includes c360 Activity Summary, SearchPac, Email Link and Dashboard.
How many licenses do I need? You must have at least as many Productivity Pack licenses as you have active Microsoft CRM licenses. If you do not, the Productivity Pack will not function for any user. For example, if your organization has purchased 100 Microsoft CRM licenses and has only 25 in use, but plans to put another 5 in use over the next few months, it is advisable to purchase at least 30 licenses so that your users will not see an interruption in Productivity Pack functionality. In this example, the minimum number of licenses you need is 25.
Support and Maintenance Information: The price of Productivity Pack includes standard support and new releases for one year from time of initial purchase per the c360 Solutions Software License Agreement.
