The c360 Sales Productivity Pack for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 includes c360 Forecast Manager and Web Connect.

The c360 Sales Productivity Pack for Microsoft CRM 1.2 includes c360 Relationship Chart, Forecast Manager and Web Connect.
How many licenses do I need? You must have at least as many Productivity Pack licenses as you have active Microsoft CRM licenses. If you do not, the Productivity Pack will not function for any user. For example, if your organization has purchased 100 Microsoft CRM licenses and has only 25 in use, but plans to put another 5 in use over the next few months, it is advisable to purchase at least 30 licenses so that your users will not see an interruption in Productivity Pack functionality. In this example, the minimum number of licenses you need is 25.
Special Web Connect Support Information and Required Implementation Skills
The installation and configuration of Web Connect requires knowledge of web fundamentals and technologies including HTML, HTML forms, java script and web publishing. To address questions on these topics, c360 has provided several free self-support resources available at www.c360.com/WebConnect.aspx and www.c360.com/Support/Default.aspx however c360 Technical Support resources will not provide installation and configuration support outside of issues with the core product. If your organization does not directly posses the necessary Web Connect implementation skills, c360 strongly recommends you work with a c360 partner to implement the product. c360 can provide a referral for that purpose where necessary (email sales@c360.com for a partner referral). c360 can also provide remote configuration assistance for an additional fee in cases where the customer declines a referral to a c360 partner.

c360 Web Connect Remote Installation Assistance The c360 Web Connect Remote Install Assistance offering provides the technical assistance necessary to get the c360 Web Connect up installed and running. The installation includes setup/configuration of the sample forms and one custom form. Using a remote access tool, c360 Solution support professionals work with your internal personnel to successfully complete all necessary installation steps.
